This open plan tiled family room and kitchen overlook the pool. Here you will be able to relax on two large electric reclining sofas and two comfortable swivel barstools. We have table & floor lamps and a ceiling light/fan supplements the air-conditioning.
An entertainment unit houses a 42" Plasma HD TV with comprehensive Xfinity cable service. You will also have access to our cable's large catalogue via their 'On Demand' service.
The well equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a large fridge/freezer with water & crushed or cubed ice dispensers, coffe maker, electric kettle, toaster, stove (ceramic hob, oven/grill), large microwave, dishwasher & waste disposal.
Unlike many rental properties, we provide ample crockery, glasses & cutlery (so you will not be desperate for the dishwasher to finish!). We also provide plastic items for use by the pool! You will only have to purchase dishwaser detergent, bin liners etc.
A table & chairs are provided in the breakfast area and we have a brekfast bar along with two comfortable swivel barstools.
Kitchen lighting includes: Ceiling lights, under cabinet lights , dimmable lightover table and dimmable downlighters over the brekfast bar.
Located in the utility area of the double garage is a large washer & dryer. An iron & ironing board are also provided. You will need to provide detergent for the washer and please note that we only provide an initial supply of toilet rolls, bin liners etc.
In the garage/games room we have an 8ft slate pool table and full size pingpong / table-tennis table.
