Had a wonderful time at Chris’s place. The accommodation was absolutely perfect for us and really accessible to everywhere we went. We only had a week with a wedding in the middle So only managed universal, islands of adventure and volcano bay amongst a few shopping trips and the titanic museum. Everywhere was about 20-30 mins dep on traffic. Next time we definitely need longer. It was so lovely to come back to the villa at the end of the day as it was so comfortable for us all. The rooms were all comfortable- we spent all our time in the kitchen/diner/pool.. didn’t use the other communal areas at all. Really well equipped kitchen. Pool was wonderful. Instructions for use of everything was clear. A really great stay, just not long enough!

We had a great stay at Christopher’s place! It was spacious, comfy beds, and pool was awesome and super warm. Oh and the couch with reclining chairs was amazing! My husband & I enjoyed playing pool after the kids went to sleep- something we used to do pre-babies! The neighborhood was very quiet and the house was clean and dust free! We had a Disneyworld week with our family so we did a lot of cooking at home and there was plenty of dish ware and cookware. Overall this was an amazing stay for our family Disneyworld trip and it was a great place to rest, swim, and an incredible price! Thank you!!

We stayed here on a family trip to Disney world. The house was fantastic, we all enjoyed returning to our peaceful oasis of calm after hectic days in the parks. The location is fantastic, very peaceful but only minutes from all the restaurants of US192. The private pool was a godsend in the Florida heat. The house and location had everything we needed for a family of four. Chris's communication and instructions were flawless and very helpful. Highly recommended.

The villa and location is superb. The villa was spotless on arrival and we felt at home instantly. The swimming pool is also excellent and a good size for a swim. Easy access from the villa to the Disney parks and lots of places to eat on the 192. We will definitely be recommending the villa and would not hesitate to return if we come back to Orlando.

Best place we've ever stayed by far. No noisy neighbors, no sharing walls, roof, floor, or pool with anyone. Way more space and way more affordable than aparments or hotels that can be 2x the price with less comfort and noisy guests. Really well equipped. Best part...24hr pool.

The place is exactly as described. It was about 15 min. to each park, which was an easy drive each day. Our family of 4 had plenty of space, and the pool was particularly wonderful at the end of a long day at Disney. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the dishes you need. All of the beds were comfy, and we all slept well. The ping pong and pool tables were an awesome addition, too. The host was fairly hands off but answered if we needed him. It wasn't really necessary to be in touch, though, as everything was easy to find and the instructions were clear. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay!

My family and I stayed here for 10 days to go to the parks, it was the perfect place for us all to stay. There was so much room, a big pool, 2 bathrooms, great kitchen to hang out in but also lots of space for everyone to be able to hang out separately. The place was spotless and super comfortable, highly recommend staying here as it’s so close to the parks but also to shops/takeouts/restaurants etc. and the area is homely and feels safe. The host was proactive in giving us info on how to get there and get in to the home, very responsive and answered anything we needed. We would be more than happy to stay here again as it was everything we needed and more.

This is the perfect place to stay for a visit to the Orlando area. We never felt too far from anything. The pool was beautiful and private for our family after long days out. I think we would have used the ping pong table more if it were in an air conditioned part of the house, but since we had the pool that didn’t affect us much. All the things we needed to cook meals were there. I appreciated having other amenities that we didn’t even know we would need like an alarm attached to the door so our five year old couldn’t go out to the pool without us or the clothesline in the garage for drying our swimsuits. Beds were comfortable and there were power strips in all the bedrooms with USB ports, so we didn’t have to hunt for outlets. We would try to stay here again if we come back to the area.

Our 2nd time to Chris's home was no disappointment. We absolutely loved our stay, again. His home is very comfortable and easy to make you feel at home. It's centrally located to amusement parks, waterparks, grocery stores.. not far from the house. Nice and peaceful to relax by the pool. Also, not too far from beaches. They have plenty of kitchen essentials so you're able to cook at the house with ease. Very comfortable beds and couches. The photos do no justice on the size of this house. This home is huge in person! Bathrooms and kitchen are updated with nice amenities! We had an amazing stay again, Thanks Chris!!

We have just had a fabulous 2 week stay in Christopher and Elaine’s villa. Communication was excellent from the beginning and the villa itself was amazing. It was extremely clean, had everything we needed and the pool was fantastic. The villa is close to the parks and many restaurants. There is everything a family could look for in this vacation villa : its in a quiet safe neighbourhood and yet is so close to all the action . Disney is a short drive away if that's your destination ... you can be there in as little as 10 mins if you go in the back door ! You're close enough to the major roads that you can travel to other spots fairly quickly though be prepared for traffic wherever you stay in this area of Florida . The house is equipped with all you need to cater for yourselves, supermarkets are close by , and if that's not your desire then there's a multitude of decent eating places within a few minutes drive . The accommodations are comfortable and there's a very comprehensive cable TV service for when you might get stuck in. The pool area is second to none and your family will love the big pool and the quiet sheltered pool deck . You will want to come back !!

This was our second stay at Chris & Elaine's Florida Home having last stayed 5 years ago. We had always planned to return to Florida when our kids were older for "one last" visit to the theme parks in the area and we were pleased to secure a repeat booking of the property. This house is a real home from home, comfortable, clean & well appointed. Located in a quiet residential street it is well placed for the Disney parks (20 mins) or Universal (40 mins - thanks to the traffic!). The heated pool is a great bonus along with the table tennis and pool table, we utilised all three regularly! The well-equipped kitchen meant eating in was easy and the comfortable living area was great for an afternoon nap before heading back out in the evening.

This was our families first time to Orlando and we couldn't be happier to have chosen to stay at Chris and Elaine's villa. From the outset they were so accommodating to changes that had to be made due to covid and ensuring we didn't lose out on any money. They responded to any queries I had before the trip so quickly and were the most amazing villa owners to deal with. The pictures do not do it justice. The villa was immaculate when we walked in, all documents and essentials were provided and easy to access. It was so handy being able to come back to this home away from home after a busy day at the parks and be able to unwind in our own space. On our holiday we visited all the Disney parks, universal, Seaworld, Discovery Cove and Legoland and they were all easy and quick to get to from the villa. There is plenty of shopping, grocery and restaurants nearby too. There is no doubt we will be back to visit Disneyworld again and hope the villa isn't booked for when we eventually go back.

Christopher is a wonderful SUPERHOST and this home has everything you need or didn't even know you needed until you opened a kitchen cabinet or bedroom closet. There are many places to stay for your trip, but this home will not leave you with any regrets only a desire to come back and stay again.

This was my 4th stay at Chris & Elaine's fantastic Florida villa. This one was a long time coming as it was originally booked for 2020 and then had to be moved twice due to Covid, which I have to say Chris & Elaine have been so accommodating with ensuring that I was able to rebook and moving my deposit so that I didn't lose any money, they really are dream owners and very friendly and easy to deal with. The villa itself I can't speak highly enough about, it's definitely my 'go to' place to stay. It's very comfortable, has everything you need for a home away from home and a great sized pool (bigger than the usual pools) with privacy screening. The villa is located on a quiet residential community within a few miles of all the Disney parks and just a few miles further to the I4, allowing easy access to SeaWorld, Universal and Volcano Bay. Highway 192 is just around the corner with so many great places to eat, every taste is catered for and if you want to enjoy a meal at the villa, there are Walmart's, Publix and an Aldi within a short drive. I'm already planning my next Florida Holiday and of course I will be staying again at Chris & Elaine's villa. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a 'home from home' to stay in whilst in Florida.

Our stay was amazing! I can see why Christopher and his wife are super hosts! Beautiful (very, very clean) home, like other comments the pictures don't do the house justice. My kids were thrilled by the house itself with Mickey themed pictures, and game room in the garage. But when they seen the pool, they were extremely excited!!! Chris and Elaine’s Lindfields home is the perfect place to spend your Florida/Disney vacation. The villa is in a quiet residential neighbourhood but is still close to everything you’re gonna want or need: many good restaurants within 5 mins drive and a good selection of grocery stores if you want to self-cater. Inside its clean and bright and has all the stuff you might want and outside the pool area is simply perfect, large pool and comfy chairs and lovely landscaping make it a relaxing haven after crazy days out. Our third trip in 2022 and will be back for as many years as we are able!
