This villa has all of the comforts of home. From clean linen, towels, full kitchen (dishes, pots/pans) to the amazing outdoor pool you won't be disappointed. My family of four stayed in the villa but honestly this villa could accommodate more between the bedrooms and the hide-a-bed couch. The location is only 15 minutes from Disney World and 30 minutes from Universal Studios. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe feeling. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within 2 miles of the property. I highly recommend this property and will book again the next time I go to Kissimmee.

We had a pleasant stay at this vacation home. The information pack provided by the owners is excellent and we found the house easily. The house was very clean and the listing very accurate. The house has great tv cable, table tennis and pool table of which we made use of. The pool was great too, large pool and plenty big enough for the family to enjoy. The location is central to everything, theme parks, shopping, restaurants. We hope to use this house again in the future.

Firstly the villa - brilliant location, lovely and clean with a bigger pool than your average Florida rental. The rooms have usb plugs - ideal if you haven’t bought enough adaptors. The rooms are big, air con is good!! Also the pool and table tennis table are great if you need a day in. Secondly the host - Chris is brilliant! Always gets back to you right away. Very informative! Gave us so much info on the local area, motorways and literally anything you could think of. Lastly - A few days before we were due to fly we got emails regarding hurricane Dorian and how it was due to hit mainland Florida during our stay. Chris called me straight away to go over safety and any concerns we had. He also sent over information on how to stay safe and what we should do. Amazing villa and lovely owners. We were returning guests to Chris and Elaine's perfect villa and why not?. If you find the right place no need to look any further. This is a splendid villa and located very conveniently to the Disney themeparks, restaurants on Highway 192 and various shopping malls and grocery stores. Parliament Court is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and appointed and feels like a home-from-home. With the private pool out back it is even hard to tear the family away to go visit the theme parks. Chris and Elaine make the booking process all very painless so nothing else to worry about. We recommend very highly and hope to return when possible.

This was our second stay in the villa and it was definitely as great as the first stay. The rooms are big and it has everything you need in it. The pool area out the back gives a great area to chill and relax in and the water was always a good temperature. My two boys loved the garage which had the pool table and table tennis area. The villa is very well placed in relation to the parks and restaurants and we would return again in the future without a hesitation. Thanks for sharing your wonderful home with us- I was sorry to leave!

My 3rd stay at Chris & Elaine's villa and again it was perfect. I can't speak highly enough of this villa, because it really is a 'home from home'. Everything you need is there, every little thing has been thought of because this is a 'home', not just a bland rental. As always, my favourite place was the pool as it is larger than the average villa and is surrounded by lovely lush greenery and then totally enclosed by fencing giving you the utmost privacy. The location of the villa is fab, just off the 192 Hwy a few miles from Disney World and with a superb choice of restaurants to eat out and a selection of supermarkets, including Walmart, Publix and a new Aldi, to provide all you require to self-cater. I have already booked my 4th stay here, 3 weeks next year and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa, in fact friends of mine have now booked for next year as well and I know that they will love it as much as I do.

Whether you want to relax or visit the theme parks, Chris & Elaine’s home is perfect. The very private solar heated pool is always a highlight. The villa has everything we could want for our stay. This Villa is simply stunning with everything you need for a trip to Florida and the theme parks. Based 2 minutes from the US 192 highway the Villa is very close indeed to all the Disney Parks and only around 30 minutes from the SeaWorld parks and Universal / Islands of adventure. You can even drive down to Tampa to visit Busch Garden in around one hour or venture a little further in around 1.5 hours to Daytona Beach East Florida or over to Clearwater in the West. Orlando Airport is only around 40 mins from the Villa. The Villa itself has everything you need, modern comfort and an excellent warm pool to relax by after a day at the parks. There are an enormous amount of top notch restaurants a short drive from the Villa on the US 192 and also within easy reach are every type of shopping mall and designer outlets to satisfy even hardened shoppers. When booking this Villa you get all the help and support needed from Chris & Elaine including concise directions from the Airport to their Villa. Maintained to a very high standard you simply need to stay here to fully appreciate what you get and the superb location this Villa enjoys. Many people end up miles away from the main parks and waste massive amounts of time just to reach the park you want. At this Villa on the Lindfields estate, Parliament Court, you are literally minutes from all the fun of Disney. Would I stay here again - OH YES PLEASE!

As per other reviews this villa is very comfortable and very well equipped with a home from home feel. The master bed was huge and very comfortable which helped with the much needed rest after all of the walking at Disney and beyond. Location is amazing. We have stayed at Lindfields before and it has a lovely residential feel with driving options to avoid the traffic. So close to the exit for Disney and the I4. All restaurants and supermarkets that you will need during your stay are right on your doorstep with a new Super Walmart just a 5 minute drive away. The pool was always a lovely temp and got plenty of sun. We all enjoyed the games room set up in the garage. There is nothing I can think of that could have made our stay more enjoyable. Communication with Chris was excellent and he answered any queries really quickly. You can definitely book this villa with confidence.

The house was amazing! It was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed for our week long stay. Easy access to big stores and restaurants, under half hour commute to the Disney parks! The pool was my son's favorite part (we added heating, and so happy we did). The reclining sofas in the common room were my favorite part! Also, some fun to be had playing pool and ping pong. Will definitely look for this house again next time we go to Florida!

Wir waren 1 Woche zu Gast in diesem super schönen Haus. Für uns (2 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind) war es fast schon zu groß. Wir haben 2 der Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und das Esszimmer praktisch nicht benutzt, aber es war trotzdem schön so viel Platz zu haben. Uns hat vorallem das riesige und bequeme Bett gefallen. Das dazugehörige Bad war so groß dass wir es zu dritt auf einmal benutzt haben. Der Pool war natürlich das Highlight für unsere kleine Tochter. Obwohl wir im März da waren und keine Poolheizung gebucht hatten war er dank der Abdeckung angenehm warm. Das Haus war super sauber und es gab angefangen von Handtüchern über Gläser und Teller alles in ausreichender Menge für mindestens 6 Personen. Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Wohnsiedlung. Mit dem Auto waren wir innerhalb weniger Minuten bei verschiedenen Supermärkten und Restaurants. Zu den Parks brauchten wir je nach Tageszeit zwischen 20 und 45 Minuten. Genau so schnell war man in Outlets oder Shoppingmalls. Falls wir wieder nach Florida reisen hoffen wir, daß Haus erneut buchen zu können.

We absolutely loved our stay in this family home which was in a great location for all the parks and local amenities. It had everything we needed and there were clear instructions found within on how to use everything. We were first time visitors to Florida and the information booklet that the owners had put together provided invaluable information about everything we needed to know, including restaurants, maps, directions etc. The pool was fantastic and well maintained. Our daughters absolutely loved it, especially after a long day at the parks! We had late changes in our flight times which were out with our control and the owner Chris was very understanding about this and all other queries that we had. We would definitely recommend this home to any of our family and friends planning on visiting Orlando.

This villa was just perfect for us and sure it would be for anyone. Firstly the location is ideal as close to everything from shops (Walmart, Target or Publix), numerous restaurants as well as theme parks. Its in a very quiet street just off the 192 and with the villa having a fence build around the pool area its very private and peaceful. It has a very nice pool to swim & play in and the pool area is good size to chill and sit out on for a bit to eat or drink. The beds were very comfortable, the main bathroom was great size, the kitchen was well laid out and had enough cups, plates, glasses and cutlery for a family of 10+ for a couple of days I think. The living room area was very comfortable and my daughter took full advantage of the recliner seats. The whole villa was super clean from toilets, to showers, floors and worktops so the cleaners obviously do a great job between visitors. Finally I have to say the communications with Chris were second to none with every email answered within 12 hrs no matter what the query was. We do plan to return next year to Florida but unfortunately the villa is already booked up but if/when dates fit in future I would use Chris and Elaine's villa without hesitation.

We stayed at Chris and Elaine’s Villa from the 18th of August to the 1st of September 2018. We were a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The villa was situated in a nice quiet part of Kissimmee just off the 192. The villa was very clean and tidy and everything you could possibly need they had literally thought of everything. The villa was so big we did not use the front two rooms and just lived in the back kitchen/living area. The reclining sofa was just amazing to come back to after a long day walking around the parks to sit and relax. We all enjoyed the use of the swimming pool which was a very good size. The children made use of the games room in the garage which comprised of table tennis and pool table. Having a washer and dryer was a great bonus meaning we didn’t need to pack as many clothes to take away just putting it on of a night time and the heat in the garage dried them in no time at all. The villa was well maintained and the pool was cleaned every Wednesday morning. We encountered a problem on the first day due to the patio door not locking we phoned the out of hours maintenance company who came out with in 10 minutes and fixed the lock. I would recommend reading all the handbooks as they have some very important information about the villa but Chris and Elaine and gone out of their way to add tips on where to eat and shop and where to find places of interest we found these most useful. I cannot recommend the villa enough and would love to come back and stay sometime soon.

Over the years, we have stayed at quite a few holiday villas in Kissimmee, all of which have been lovely homes from home. This villa was no exception. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and was located in a pleasant area with easy access to all the Disney parks etc. We just had one minor issue during our stay which was rectified swiftly by the management company. We would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Return guests to Chris and Elaine's lovely villa in Lindfields. We love the location - minutes to Disney via Sherberth Road, quiet road and our home-from-home in Kissimmee. The villa meets all the needs of a self catering stay, beautifully furnished, well-equipped kitchen (huge american-style fridge freezer) and exceptionally private swimming pool for relaxation. All you need do is pop to the nearest supermarket (Publix on Highway 192) for a great selection of groceries or if you don't fancy cooking, just drive 5 mins up the Highway to several great restaurants. Chris and Elaine are easy to work with, no fuss just a great vacation. Going back next year!

Stop searching you'll love this home. Everything is just excellent. Especially the basics are just right. Airco, works and is silent. Fridge, large and clean. Pool, very private and just splendid. Beds, soft, big and clean. We also enjoyed the pool and table tennis in the garage. I had a couple of questions to Chris and he answered them quick and to my satisfaction. All in all if we ever return to Orlando I would def. book this house again.

Everything you want and more .... located close to Route 192 with lots of restaurants within a few minutes drive , and if you want to be more frugal and eat home then there are groceries close by and the kitchen has absolutely everything you'll need ... the house is completely equipped , more so than any other vacation home we have been in . If you're new to the area check the white binder (near the front door) where Chris and Elaine have included all kinds of tips and notes of what's available close by and in the Disney area . Lastly but saving the best for last is a delightful backyard and pool , with carefully planted shrubs and palms that create a beautiful oasis of calm . You will love this place !
