The heated pool was awesome, the house was very clean, all essentials were there and overall the stay was very comfortable, the only minor issue was that the toilet in the master bath takes longer to refill and makes some sound while it does refill.

The home is located on a quiet street conveniently located 15 minutes from Disney. The very private backyard pool allowed us to cool off after long days at the parks. The house is stocked with anything you would need and will allow you to just focus on the time with your family. The hosts are great with communication, answering any questions that may arise. We booked this house 7/19 to come 4/2020, but it was postponed to 4/2021 because of the pandemic. Chris and Elaine were great at keeping us updated about travel restrictions and rescheduling our trip, twice! This house was worth the wait! It’s immaculate. Plenty of linen and comfortable sleeping space available. Kitchen has everything you can think of to cook with. We had ping pong and pool tournaments all week long. The pool area is very private with a fence that surrounds it. Most other houses in this neighborhood don’t have fences. The houses are pretty close to each other so the privacy was nice. The pool was clean and plenty of places sit or lie down to enjoy the sun. The house was nicely decorated. Many outlets and usb charging stations in almost every room. We used the washer and dryer daily. Neighborhood was quiet. Hardly any cars driving around. The house is 15 min from Disney and close to anything else you might do in Orlando. Our 4 teenagers said this house was the best place we’ve stayed on any of our vacations. They had so much fun hanging out in the pool together. We will definitely be back. We recommend this house to everyone who is looking for a great home away from home.

We booked this house for a Spring Break trip to relax in sunny Florida and were joined by one of our adult sons and his wife. Since they had to work a couple of days while we were there, the high-speed internet was much appreciated. Our favorite part of the property was the lovely pool. It is landscaped beautifully and that also makes it a very private retreat. We paid for the pool heat because the nights are cool in March and we don’t enjoy swimming in a chilly pool. The house was well kept and very clean. There were quite a few restaurants close by and several grocery stores, so we didn’t have to fight the traffic too much to get out and enjoy ourselves. We would definitely book this property again!

Our experience was really wonderful. The hosts understood our concerns regarding traveling due to the pandemic, provided suggestions, and were flexible regarding requests. The home was fully stocked and perfect for our family. The pool was very warm and perfect us to swim in even in January. The house was nice and clean and had an abundance of towels and other thoughtful surprises in the very large closets. The welcome basket of goods were a wonderful touch as well. Things we appreciated about the house: -quiet neighborhood -easy to get in and out of the property -very clean - more so than other properties that we've stayed in -nice touches like charging strips around the house and easy fading switches for the lamps -plenty of extra blankets and pillows -comfortable furniture -easy wifi access -plenty of dishes and silverware -lots of extra info, including easy checkout instructions, in a notebook in the house -owners and property management company were easy to communicate with Pool: -bigger than others we've seen in properties like this -pool cover kept the heat in (we paid for the pool heater) -shallow end was shallow enough for my 5 year old to safely stand in and it does have a deep end -lots of pool towels provided -completely screened in and a fence around the screen for privacy from neighbors The area: -very short drive to Disney parks -lots of restaurants and stores close by (Target, CVS, Walgreens, Publix grocery store, etc.) Thanks for a great stay!

This is a wonderful place to stay, just as advertised. Pool was great and the solar power kept the pool at the perfect temperature. There are tons of restaurants and stores near and Disney is just a short drive away. My only issue was the beds were hard, but that is just a personal preference.

This was our second stay at Chris and Elaine’s home this year with another booking on the books. Everything was perfect like always. We visit Florida 5-6 a year to visit Disney and this home is perfect with everything you will need from the pool, kitchen to just relaxing on the couch and enjoying a movie. Neighborhood is quiet, but so close to Disney with a short 15 min drive to the front gates. Aldi and Walmart are close by for any grocery shopping. We are already looking forward for our next stay at Chris and Elaine’s home.

This is our favourite vacation home! Our second stay here and we love every second of it! The owner is very helpful and answers all our questions. We travel to Orlando 4-5 a year to visit Disney World as Passholders. This was our first time at Chris and Elaine’s house and it was amazing. With us visiting Orlando 4-5 times a year we have stayed at many houses around the area, but by far this has been the best one. The house is super clean, has so much space, privacy in the pool and the kitchens is filled with all the cooking utensils you can imagine. I would recommend Chris and Elaine's places to anybody. During COVID-19 times, commutation is key and Chris took care of everything. This will be our new place to stay when coming to Orlando.

After viewing several accommodations in the area we chose theirs for its proximity to Disney World, the attractive pictures of their home, and Chris' prompt and detailed responses to our inquiries. Unfortunately we were forced to cancel our entire trip due to Covid-19. Due to these extraordinary and unforeseen circumstances Chris and Elaine overrode their policy and issued us a full refund of our payment. We look forward to renewing our plans to visit Florida, and Chris and Elaine's home will be our first choice for accommodation.
