Pool & Deck
The larger than average 30ft long private pool is cleaned and maintained weekly. Many homes have small pools, rather more like splash pools - you have room in ours to have real fun and to actually swim!
Although solar heated year round, for the cooler months, we also have a heater option. For other times, the solar system alone has a significant effect on the temperature of the water. Even in summer pools can still be quite chilly. The free heat of the solar is paricularly beneficial in the spring and autumn, when it will warm the water to a lovely temperature without having to incur the cost of a heater.
The pool has a fine mesh, screened enclosure which allows you to sunbathe, whilst keeping out the Florida bugs!
It is fully fenced for your total privacy (which is not common!) and extensive planting between the fence and pool screen enhances the seclusion.
The deck is floodlit and the pool has underwater lighting to enable you to relax outdoors in the evening or enjoy a late night swim! There is also accent lighting in the plants.
The pool deck is equipped with a dining table, six chairs, two reclining chairs, two footstalls, two side tables and four comfortable sun loungers, so everyone will have a comfortable place to laze in the sun!
A reel out pool blanket is provided to help retain heat overnight during the cooler months.
